HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at The Silk Boutique is easy: Once you have found your items, choose your size and click on the "ADD TO BAG" button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag and click on the "CHECKOUT" button to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at The Silk Boutique without creating an account. However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout. Orders must be sent to the cardholder's billing address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure your details are entered correctly.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

The Silk Boutique offers worldwide shipping. We deliver free to UK and worldwide addresses.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

DO YOU OFFER A NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

If you live in the UK, you can enjoy our free next day tracked delivery service with Parcelforce. Place your order before 16:00 hours / 4pm GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from The Silk Boutique to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. The total on the order summary page will show you a breakdown of the costs.

DOES THE SILK BOUTIQUE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your order by signing into your account and selecting "MY ACCOUNT" followed by "ORDER STATUS". ,

SHOULD I ORDER MY NORMAL SIZE? IS THE SILK BOUTIQUE SIZING GENEROUS OR TRUE TO SIZE?

We have designed the sizing of our garments to be perfectly accurate on standard sizings. So if you are normally a size 12, you will be comfortably able to order a size 12. * Note* Our Silk & Lace Camisole runs larger than expected across all sizes so please order ONE size down. *

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Making a return is simple. We enclose a pre-paid returns form with your order. Simply fill this in and follow the instructions to return. We regret we cannot accept returns for our silk knickers for hygiene reasons and returns / exchanges MUST be received back within 7 days of purchase.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method of your order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your item is faulty.

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?

Select "GIFT CARDS" from the top navigation menu or at the footer menu, and choose the amount required. You will then be asked to complete the recipients email address and you will both receive notification via email. Full instructions can be found on our Gift Card product pages.
